We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Transformation Manager to lead and accelerate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a complex and dynamic organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, people, processes, and technology, ensuring that transformation ambitions are successfully translated into measurable business outcomes. Beyond defining strategic direction, you will be responsible for driving execution, fostering adoption, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help shape the future operating model, cultivate change capability, and ensure transformation programmes deliver lasting value.

Strategic Transformation Leadership

  • Translate business strategy into a clear and actionable transformation roadmap.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes from conception through implementation.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives that improve performance, agility, and business effectiveness.
  • Align transformation priorities with strategic objectives and long-term business goals.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Design and execute comprehensive change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Support executives and management teams in becoming effective sponsors and champions of change.
  • Ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, behaviours, processes, and technologies.
  • Build organisational resilience and change readiness across teams.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops, executive discussions, alignment sessions, and strategic decision-making forums.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders across all organisational levels.
  • Foster collaboration across business functions to create momentum and commitment around transformation initiatives.
  • Navigate complex organisational dynamics and competing priorities.

Programme Delivery & Governance

  • Monitor programme progress, risks, dependencies, benefits realisation, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify and remove operational, organisational, and stakeholder barriers to successful transformation.
  • Establish effective governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure initiatives are embedded into daily operations and deliver sustainable business impact.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly credible transformation leader with a proven track record of independently leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes in complex environments.

Experience

  • Ideally 8–10+ years of experience in Transformation Management, Change Leadership, Strategy Execution, Organisational Development, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that generated measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience operating within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
