We are looking for an exceptional Executive Director who can work with leadership and residents in any setting!
This role is built for a senior living leader who's at their best walking into an unfamiliar building and figuring out exactly what it needs. You'll travel across our portfolio, filling interim Executive Director gaps, stabilizing operations during transitions, and leading onboarding for new communities joining Stellar. Some weeks you're running a community day-to-day. Other weeks you're focused on sales support, operational turnaround, or acquisition onboarding.

Pay Transparency: Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Washington's pay transparency law, the expected compensation range for this position is $110,000–$140,000/year. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
