Love Amazon, love clients, and love owning the outcome?
We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, keep multiple accounts moving forward, and turn challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You’ll take ownership of your accounts, communicate confidently with clients and internal teams, and help drive results in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

About the Company: A leading provider of Amazon growth services. They help brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and develop e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results. As the company grows, we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high-impact projects that accelerate client success.

Location: Philippines Only - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple Amazon/eCommerce client accounts, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear, proactive communication.

  • Understand client goals, priorities, and challenges, and translate them into actionable next steps.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and keep clients and internal teams aligned.

  • Identify issues before they escalate and take ownership of finding solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and account priorities are addressed effectively.

  • Monitor account performance and use Amazon/eCommerce insights to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Communicate account updates, recommendations, and results clearly and confidently.

  • Lead conversations and make informed decisions when priorities or challenges arise.

  • Present information and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional, and engaging way.

  • Take full ownership of your accounts and continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and account performance.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong experience in client relationship management and communication.

  • Solid knowledge of Amazon and eCommerce.

  • Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, or competing priorities.

  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Leadership mindset — comfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and guiding internal teams when needed.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand different priorities, manage expectations, and align clients and internal teams.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience working at an Amazon/eCommerce agency.

  • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for reporting and data analysis.

Your Perks: What's in it for you

  • 100% remote — work from wherever you are in the Philippines.

  • Full-time position with the opportunity to build long-term expertise in Amazon and eCommerce.

  • Paid Leave & Benefits: 24 days annually (15 regular paid days, 8 national holidays, and 1 birthday leave) and quarterly wellness bonus.

  • Annual performance-based salary increase policy.

  • Opportunity to grow within a stable and growing agency environment.

  • Work alongside a high-level, fast-paced team.

  • Real ownership and autonomy over your accounts and client relationships.
