Job description

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with four hours of daily overlap with the Sweden-based business owner, preferably during Swedish mornings. Full overlap during onboarding

About the Company

Our client is a Sweden-based eCommerce business selling physical products, including ceramics and mugs, primarily through Amazon. The US is its largest market, with additional operations in Canada, the UK, and the EU. The owner works closely with external partners supporting PPC, account management, and supply chain operations.

With growing sales and a lean operating structure supported by external agencies, the business is seeking experienced support to strengthen Amazon operations, forecasting, and inventory coordination. Future priorities include developing more original products and expanding its Shopify channel.

About the Role

We are in search of a Sr. Amazon Account Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and performance monitoring of our client's Amazon business across the US, Canada, UK, and EU. Working closely with the business owner and external agencies, you will oversee listing accuracy, pricing, promotions, forecasting, and inventory tracking, turning data into practical recommendations and ensuring agreed actions are completed. This role calls for an experienced, proactive operator who can reduce the owner's operational workload while supporting profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Marketplace Account Management: Monitor listings and day-to-day account operations across Amazon US, Canada, UK, and EU; identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.

  • Pricing and Profitability: Review SKU economics, pricing, and margins; recommend adjustments for the owner's approval.

  • Promotions and Deals: Track reference prices, deal eligibility, and promotional timing; coordinate offers while protecting profitability.

  • Sales Forecasting: Review daily sales and run rates across marketplaces against forecasts, investigate variances, and recommend timely adjustments to advertising, pricing, or inventory plans.

  • Inventory Planning: Monitor stock coverage, open orders, and inbound shipments; recommend replenishment and inventory redistribution between markets.

  • Agency and Supplier Coordination: Work with the PPC/account management and supply chain agencies; track deliverables, clarify priorities, and follow up on outstanding actions.

  • PPC Coordination: Monitor advertising performance alongside sales forecasts, profitability, and inventory availability; coordinate budget adjustments, campaign priorities, and pauses with the PPC agency.

  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate Google Sheets tracking and summarize sales, profitability, promotions, and inventory risks with actionable recommendations.

  • Process Improvement: Document recurring workflows and improve reporting and tracking; identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation with human validation.

  • Operational Ownership: Proactively manage agreed priorities, escalate issues with proposed solutions, and reduce routine follow-up from the owner.

  • Practical experience with sales forecasting, inventory coverage, replenishment planning, and inbound shipment tracking.

  • Strong Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reconciliations, trackers, and clear reporting.

  • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement, with human validation of outputs.
