Job description

Are you experienced in hotel distribution, OTAs and hospitality technology?

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Manage and maintain hotel distribution systems
  • Work with OTAs, channel managers and connectivity platforms
  • Assist with system configurations and integrations
  • Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
  • Optimise online distribution
  • Provide support and guidance to hospitality clients
  • Work closely with clients, technology providers and internal teams

We're looking for:
Experience with hotel distribution systems, OTAs and/or channel managers
Strong hospitality technology knowledge
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Experience with platforms such as SiteMinder & NightsBridge or similar would be advantageous.
