AI Product Lead

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a AI Product Lead that can drive the end-to-end lifecycle of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics products that enable GXO’s enterprise functions. This role translates business problems into AI-enabled use cases, manages prioritized backlogs of models, data products, and AI capabilities.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering remote working with occasional travel to our head-office in Northampton. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, as you will be working with various time-zones.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from identifying business opportunities and defining use cases through to deployment, adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous optimisation.
• Shape and prioritise the AI product roadmap, managing backlogs of AI, machine learning, GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, defining requirements, success metrics and user stories while partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Operations to deliver scalable, secure and impactful AI capabilities using agile delivery practices.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in delivering AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data Products within an agile environment.
• Strong product management experience, including ownership of roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data products, model lifecycles, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to work across Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business teams.

• Working knowledge of agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and familiarity with MLOps or analytics platforms.
