Alphanumeric is hiring a (English Speaking) Quality Assurance Analyst to work supporting one of the biggest Pharma companies in the world. We're seeking candidates with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for quality and customer service. In this role, you’ll help ensure that customer interactions and case documentation meet the required standards of quality, accuracy, professionalism, and compliance, contributing to safe and consistent service delivery.

Please be aware we can only hire people already based in the Philippines with fully legal and valid documentation to work in the country.

Key Attributes and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct quality reviews of calls, emails, and other customer interactions.
  • Assess customer interactions and case documentation for accuracy, completeness, professionalism, and adherence to approved procedures.
  • Identify and ensure the appropriate handling and escalation of potential Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), privacy concerns, and other reportable information.
  • Apply quality standards consistently and maintain accurate records of reviews and findings.
  • Escalate critical findings and potential compliance risks when required.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and agent development.
  • Participate in quality calibration activities to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Prepare and analyze quality reports, identifying recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support new-hire certification and quality assessments when required.
  • Support quality investigations, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, pharmacovigilance, regulatory operations, or a regulated pharmaceutical contact centre is preferred.
  • Experience conducting quality monitoring across calls, emails, or other customer-contact channels is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), CAPA, and quality/compliance processes is a plus.
  • University or college degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Quality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • French proficiency is an asset.

  • Employment: Full-time permanent
  • Type of work: Fully remote in Philippines
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
  • Working hours: 40H/week. Some flexibility may be required to attend meetings or support business needs.
