Job Description

The Role: 

The Digital Media Buying Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital media strategies align with our overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing performance marketing campaigns with a particular focus on Social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads.

  • Monitoring campaign results and continuously optimizing them according to established KPIs (like CPM, Reach, CTR, VTR etc.).

  • Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations regarding ongoing campaigns.

  • Managing the media budget.

  • Leading projects related to digital media campaigns and web analytics, including the implementation of new tools supporting both areas.

  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams of Marketing Technologists, Digital Strategist, Planning Managers, ecommerce teams and brand teams.

  • Preparation of test agendas, implementing innovations aimed at improving campaign performance.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a performance/digital media buyer specialist, preferably in Paid Social or Google environment.

  • Familiarity with the specifics, tools, and metrics of Meta/TikTok/Google Ads campaigns.

  • Practical experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or other web analytics tools will be a nice addition.

  • Possess analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with numbers.

  • Being creative in recommending solutions, independent, and responsible.

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.
