What You’ll Do
Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, list segmentation, and reporting.
Design and execute marketing automation strategies across the full funnel (acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
Develop and maintain nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered email flows.
Collaborate with content, digital, and demand gen teams to align messaging and timing across all channels.
Ensure data integrity using HubSpot and 3rd party tools.
Working with the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, define KPIs and create regular performance dashboards and reports to track automation success and inform optimization.
Partner within Marketing to align lead prioritization processes and create scoring models.
A/B Test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation and HubSpot functionality.
Application Requirements
Core Requirements (Must‑Have)
3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot.
Proven success managing complex automation workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and passion for optimizing user experience and marketing performance.
