  • Deliver nursing advice and patient education using state-of-the-art protocols and tools.
  • Assist in seamless care coordination while ensuring patient privacy and documentation precision.
  • Champion professional collaboration, advocating for an integrated team approach.
  • Maintain efficient call handling with a focus on professionalism and cultural competence.
  • Ensure unbiased care delivery, respecting cultural diversity and cost-effectiveness in treatment approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program with active Texas RN licensure.
  • CPR certification, demonstrating readiness for emergency scenarios.
  • Minimum of three years of practical RN experience, with a preference for family medicine expertise.
  • Previous nursing triage experience is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Spanish language fluency strongly required to support our diverse community commitment.
