Job Description

The Practice Success Manager is a pivotal sales and account management

role at PatientFi. Through their efforts, Practice Success Managers drive

revenue by onboarding new and existing practice partners, training clinical

staff on sales conversion, and expanding long-term account relationships.

PSMs must be able to multitask, self-manage, and operate in a fast-paced,

ever-changing startup environment. To perform this job successfully, an

individual must be able to perform each essential job function with high

proficiency. The requirements listed below are representative, but not

successfully in this position.

Requirements

● 3-5 years of sales-related experience

● Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, top-performer

● Demonstrated proficiency with a strong sales process.

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Ability to overcome objections

● Strong attention to detail, including tracking sales efforts in

Customer Relationship Management systems

● Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes,

systems, tools, etc

● Thorough understanding of the aesthetic industry or elective

medical finance industry.

● Independent worker, proven self-starter

Key Responsibilities:

● Meet or exceed quarterly territory sales quota.

● Execute hybrid sales presentations via virtual meetings and on-site

visits. Travel up to 25% within the assigned territory to conduct

client meetings, attend partner events, and represent the company

at industry trade shows.

● Onboard and train clinic staff on platform capabilities and financial

consultation tactics, increasing treatment acceptance rates and

driving monthly transaction volume.

● Update and manage Practice interactions via the PatientFi CRM

platform

● Promptly respond to questions and other Practice escalations

● Provide “Voice of the Practice” feedback internally so that PatientFi

can align products and sales strategies to market needs


Benefits:

● Base salary range: $85,000 - $115,000

● Quarterly variable compensation program eligibility
