Job Description:

Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting:

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including consolidating inputs, building budget models, and presenting outputs to executive leadership.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Salesforce, NetSuite Analytics, and Kantata that give leadership visibility into key metrics and financial results; prior experience with these platforms preferred.
  • Gather and compile data from across systems to put together ad-hoc reports in response to requests from finance, operations, and leadership.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis, comparing actuals to budget and prior forecast across operating units and consolidating results for leadership review.
  • Assist with periodic reforecasts and scenario modeling, maintaining forecast models and supporting schedules under the direction of the Sr. Business Analyst.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage Salesforce data governance, ensuring accuracy and completeness across opportunities, accounts, and pipeline stages, and enforcing consistent data entry standards.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering pipeline, closed-won sales, and win/loss trends for sales and executive leadership.
  • Support pipeline review cadences, partnering with operating unit leads to keep opportunity data current ahead of forecast cycles.

Finance Operations Support:

  • Support the monthly close process by preparing supporting schedules and reconciling data between operating systems (Salesforce, Kantata, NetSuite) and the general ledger.
  • Assist with project setup, billing support, and revenue tracking, partnering with operating unit leads to ensure accurate revenue and utilization data.
  • Support process documentation and improvements to recurring finance and reporting workflows.
  • Complete supplier and vendor onboarding forms, manage business license renewals, and maintain accurate vendor and client records across internal systems.

Legal & Contract Management:

  • Coordinate the review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, and other client contracts between internal stakeholders and legal counsel, and maintain standard contract templates with version control.
  • Manage centralized archiving of fully executed agreements, maintaining organized, accessible records.
  • Support the company's IP portfolio and corporate records, coordinating with external counsel as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business analytics, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, building management reporting, and performing financial analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, or comparable ERP, CRM, and BI tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity across business systems, including data cleanup, standardization, and reconciliation between platforms.
  • Ability to translate large or unstructured data sets into clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations for a non-technical audience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and reporting cycles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player with experience partnering directly across a diverse group of functions - including finance, accounting, HR, IT, operational leads, and legal counsel - to gather information, resolve issues, and deliver results.
  • Ability to manage individual workload effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with shifting priorities.
