About this Position
Cala Health’s Therapy Access Specialist will be the main point of contact for new patients throughout the sales process to obtain Cala Health products and services. The Therapy Access Specialist reports to the Therapy Access Manager and has no direct reports.
The overall compensation range for this role is market driven, with a salary range of $68,000 - $101,000. This market range is based on our base compensation. Additionally, we offer Cala Health company stock options and a robust benefits package. This offering is aligned with our overall compensation philosophy.
