Your team:

You'll join our Cloud Constellation and take a central role in shaping the future of Open-Xchange's cloud platform and services. Working closely with engineering, architecture, operations, sales, and strategic customers, you'll help define and execute the product strategy that powers millions of users worldwide.
As part of a highly collaborative and international team, you'll bridge technical innovation with market needs, ensuring our cloud solutions remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with the evolving requirements of service providers, hosting companies, telcos, and enterprise customers across different regions and markets.


Your new job:

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Open-Xchange cloud platform.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and commercial teams to align business goals with technical delivery.
  • Translate customer, market, and technology insights into product decisions that create measurable business value.
  • Shape scalable and commercially successful SaaS offerings while balancing long-term platform investments with short-term market opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and market internally, influencing priorities across product and engineering teams.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and act as a trusted product expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a comparable role, including ownership and lifecycle management of SaaS products in cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, modern SaaS architectures, and large-scale infrastructure deployments spanning multiple sites, regions, and continents.
  • Able to engage credibly with engineers, architects, customers, and executives alike, combining technical depth with commercial awareness.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements across different regions, industries, and deployment models.
  • Familiarity with messaging, collaboration, or email technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strategic and self-driven leader with a hands-on mindset, capable of influencing stakeholders, driving decisions without formal authority, and balancing technical feasibility, customer expectations, and business priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in remote-first, multicultural environments across time zones and brings a passion for Open Source technologies and low-hierarchy organizations.
