Job description

πŸ‘₯ Please note that fluency in French is required, as it is our main business language. English is considered our secondary working language.

πŸ“… Start date

  • ASAP - the role is open and the need is immediate

🏑 Contract type

  • Freelance, part-time (around 2.5 days per week) - with a possible move to full-time as the workload grows

  • Seniority: Mid-to-senior level

🌍 Location

  • 100% Remote (Europe)

πŸ’Ό About the role

DotWorld is a fast-growing Venture Builder and SaaS Studio that designs, launches and scales several SaaS products in parallel. One of our products is a gamified micro-learning and AI literacy platform, and all of its content - courses, modules, acquisition funnels, website, emails - is AI-generated at scale.

Today, this product has no dedicated marketing function. Acquisition runs on organic and network, with no regular content production. Meanwhile, our first paid tests are clear: on this product, search-driven leads cost far too much, while video and image formats on Meta come in significantly cheaper. So the bottleneck is not targeting - it is the volume and quality of creative and content.

That is why we are creating this Content & Creative Marketer role. Your mission: feed the acquisition machine with content and creative, at a steady pace - organic content, video and static ad creative, landing pages, emails. You produce and execute yourself, leaning heavily on generative AI tools to industrialise production.

You will not run the ad accounts: our media buyers handle that. But you think like a performance marketer - angles, hooks, iterations, reading results - because what you produce goes straight into campaigns.

πŸ‘₯ The team

You will work directly with Charles, the product's founder, who will be your day-to-day contact and direct manager. You will be the first person dedicated to marketing on this product, working alongside the product team and our group acquisition experts - including Caroline AUDEBERT, our SEA Expert, who runs search. The team is fully remote, with a culture of agility, co-creation and strong ownership.

πŸ“‚ Your responsibilities

Content and creative production

  • Video ad creative (short-form, vertical) and static assets for Meta campaigns

  • Organic content: posts, social formats, platform-specific variations

  • Landing pages and email sequences tied to campaigns

  • Industrialising production with generative AI tools (video, image, text): high volume, low production cost, quality held

Angles, messaging and personas

  • Defining positioning and messaging by persona (learners, companies)

  • Building an angle matrix to test: benefits, objections, awareness levels

  • Monitoring the creative formats and patterns that work in edtech and consumer AI

Feeding the acquisition loop

  • Holding a production cadence: a steady flow of creative ready to go live

  • Close collaboration with media buyers: briefs, iterations, variations on winning concepts

  • Reading creative performance signals (hook rate, CTR, cost per result) to steer the next batch

Measurement and iteration

  • Tracking what you produce: what performs, what gets dropped, what gets scaled

  • Contributing to acquisition reporting (PostHog is already in the stack)

  • An explicit learning loop between a creative's performance and the next concept

⭐ About you

Experience

  • Seniority: Mid-to-senior level

  • 3+ years producing content and creative in a marketing context

  • Experience in SaaS or a subscription app - a startup / early-stage environment is a real plus

  • You have already produced creative that ran in paid campaigns and you know what that involves

Technical skills

  • Short-form video production: editing, hooks, vertical formats, fast variations

  • Generative AI tools for content production (video, image, text) - this is the core method here

  • Conversion-oriented copywriting: ads, landing pages, emails

  • Performance / paid literacy: you understand how creative is judged in campaign (angles, testing, cost per result)

  • Hands-on Meta Ads (account structure, creative testing): a welcome plus, not a requirement

  • Tracking and analytics (PostHog or equivalent): a plus

Interpersonal skills

  • Full autonomy: you own this scope alone, with no creative team backing you up

  • Ability to prioritise a broad scope within limited working time

  • Speed of execution in an environment with no established process

  • Results-oriented, comfortable with data

Languages

  • French: fluent

  • English: fluent

  • German or Spanish: a plus (the product is multilingual)

βœ… What makes this role attractive

  • Blank page: you build the content and creative machine from scratch, with a dedicated media budget to test

  • A product in a fast-moving market (AI literacy) with a differentiating gamification angle

  • Direct access to the founder, fast decisions, zero layers in between

  • A role where generative AI is a genuine production lever, not a gimmick

  • Part-time, 100% remote: compatible with a portfolio of clients

  • An engagement that can scale up to full-time if the results follow

πŸ‘£ The challenges

  • Alone on marketing for this product: no creative team, no dedicated media buyer backing you up - you need to be able to do it all

  • Part-time on a broad scope: prioritisation matters, not everything will fit

  • Early-stage product: positioning and personas are still to be refined, and you help define them

  • High creative cadence: producing a lot with AI without letting quality slip is the real exercise

πŸ“‹ Our hiring process

  1. Discovery interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager, NoΓ©mie - 30 min

  2. Creative case study with Charles, the product's founder - 1h

🌻 Our values

PERFORMANCE "Obsessed with Impact" We are a high-performance company. We never mistake motion (being busy) for progress (producing results). We believe that working with excellent colleagues is the best benefit we can offer. Excellence is not an option, it is our baseline standard.

OWNERSHIP "Act like an Owner" In many companies, when there is a problem, people look for who to blame. Here, we look for the solution. Ownership means acting as if it were your own money and your own company. There is no "that's not my job". If you see litter on the floor, you pick it up. If you see a bug, you make sure it gets reported.

INTEGRITY "We act with honesty, consistency, and professional courage." Within a team, integrity means everyone is held accountable for their performance, their attitude and the impact of their behaviour on the collective. We support each other, we play as a team and we look out for one another, while accepting that trust is built through reliability, contribution and upholding standards. Integrity means saying things clearly and respectfully, even when it is uncomfortable. It means aligning your words with your actions, accepting feedback, and understanding that everyone has to earn their place on the field through their commitment and behaviour. We believe that kindness without high standards leads to complacency, and that high standards without kindness lead to tyranny. Integrity is that balance.

GROWTH "Always be Learning" The world changes too fast to rest on what you already know. DotWorld is a school. Our promise is simple: you will work hard, but in 2 years you will have gained 5 years of professional experience. We value the learning curve (the slope) more than past experience (the starting point).
