Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you!



Role: Admitting Receptionist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 2:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. Philippine time

Work Setup: WFH

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Assist with admitting paperwork.
  • Notify appropriate staff about patient updates.
  • Ensure proper identification and handling of pharmaceutical or equipment representatives.
  • Prepare patient charts, forms, labels, and other documentation.
  • Assist with billing tasks, including processing checks, credit cards, cash, and maintaining deposit logs if applicable.
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and safety procedures.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed.
