Graphic Designer

About the Role

At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives. This role will focus on creating polished visual assets, including static advertisements, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical design skills with a genuine understanding of sports, basketball, and sneaker culture. You should be able to take creative direction, work confidently within established brand guidelines, and turn concepts into high-quality, production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Marketing Assets

  • Create static advertisements, sales assets, marketing collateral, and other branded visual materials.
  • Translate creative direction and concepts into polished, production-ready designs.
  • Develop visual assets that are engaging, on-brand, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.

Brand Execution

  • Work closely within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Maintain consistency across typography, colors, imagery, layouts, and other brand elements.
  • Apply strong visual judgment to ensure every asset feels cohesive and professionally executed.

Creative Collaboration

  • Take direction from marketing and creative stakeholders and translate feedback into effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver assets on schedule.
  • Make thoughtful design recommendations when appropriate.

  • You have a strong eye for branding, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • You can take an idea or creative brief and turn it into a polished final asset.
  • You are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
  • You understand how to create designs that resonate with modern sports and lifestyle audiences.
  • You are genuinely familiar with basketball, sneaker, and sports culture and understand the visual language associated with these communities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Experience creating static ads and marketing/sales collateral.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take creative direction and deliver production-ready work.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for sports, basketball, sneaker, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
  • Strong personal familiarity with basketball and sneaker culture.

Typical Day

  • Review creative briefs and incoming design requests.
  • Create static advertisements and sales/marketing assets.
  • Adapt designs to different formats and campaign requirements.
  • Work within established brand guidelines.
  • Incorporate creative feedback and prepare final production-ready files.
