People Team Project Management
- Own the People Team's project portfolio: prioritization, timelines, stakeholder updates, and post-project retros
- Lead cross-functional HR initiatives — HRIS upgrades, policy rollouts, engagement survey execution — from kickoff to completion
- Build and maintain project tracking and reporting so People Team leadership always has clear visibility into status and risk
Compliance Audits & Coordination
- Lead compliance audit readiness across all sites — SOX, labor law, and data privacy — coordinating with Legal, Finance, and site leaders
- Own the audit calendar, evidence collection, and documentation for all HR-related compliance reviews
