Overview:

TA Specialist/Recruiter – Healthcare Recruitment

 

Position Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume and niche healthcare positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, drive sourcing and selection activities, and ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and niche healthcare positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding handoff.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.

· Conduct phone/video-in-person interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring requirements.

· Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, hiring profiles, priorities, and recruitment timelines.

· Coordinate with Operations, Training, HR, Background Verification, Compensation & Benefits, and other departments to facilitate candidate movement through the hiring process.

· Provide regular updates on hiring activities, pipeline status, interview results, offers, onboarding requirements, and hiring progress.

· Manage candidate follow-ups, including scheduling, status updates, document completion, and other pre-employment requirements.

· Ensure timely processing of job offers, pre-employment requirements, background checks, and other recruitment documentation.

· Maintain accurate and updated candidate and requisition records in the ATS and other recruitment trackers.

· Perform recruitment-related administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy, documentation completeness, and overall requisition hygiene.

· Monitor recruitment metrics and identify potential bottlenecks affecting hiring timelines or candidate conversion.

· Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, processes, and applicable employment regulations.

· Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Support recruitment drives, career fairs, virtual hiring events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

· Contribute to process improvements and recruitment strategies designed to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and overall recruitment efficiency.

 

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting healthcare, BPO, healthcare contact center, or similar environments.

· Experience handling high-volume recruitment and niche/ specialized hiring.

· Strong experience in interviewing, candidate assessment, sourcing, and stakeholder management.

· Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

· Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage competing priorities.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve recruitment issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience recruiting US healthcare/healthcare contact center profiles, including USRN or other specialized healthcare professionals.

· Experience supporting large-scale recruitment ramps or new business launches.

· Familiarity with recruitment metrics, SLA management, and recruitment reporting.

· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
