Role Purpose

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner - Temporary Worker, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu. You are responsible for identifying top-tier talent for roles that are ready to fill, owning the first stage(s) of the hiring process, and pipelining talent for key skill sets. You have a clear understanding of the qualifications needed for each position and are keen on utilizing active and passive routes to attract and build relationships with worldclass candidates. You set the standard for the caliber of candidates we attract and help identify solutions for challenges within the sourcing space. Reporting into your designated Hub Manager or Career Advocate, you will partner with TA Specialists/Business Partners and Hiring Managers to usher identified talent into the interview process along with building a strong pipeline of candidates within your designated focus area(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on top-of-funnel candidate activity for active roles and building strong pipelines for future openings

  • Actively source passive candidates via various methods (job boards, events, partnerships, etc.)

  • Hold first-round screening calls, ensuring talent matches the need at hand and/or may be a match down the road  

  • Create a positive candidate experience by being well-versed on the dentsu brand, our values and mission; ability to act as a dentsu ambassador regardless of which Service Line or brand you’re representing

  • Partner closely with TA Specialists/Business Partners to define candidate personas and usher candidates seamlessly through the interview process ·

  • In partnership with TA Business Partners/Specialists, set expectations with and educate Hiring Managers around timelines, market insights and talent pool, acting as a strategic advisor

  • Regularly report on market trends, areas of opportunity and overall activity to Hub Manager and/or Career Advocate

  • Strategize with TA team to innovate the way we identify skilled and diverse candidates

  • Provide insight into and share best practices across TA Sourcing Specialist/Business Partners and Hub team, and across overall TA team where applicable  

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience with sourcing and/or full-lifecycle recruiting

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)

  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with discipline leads and hiring managers

  • A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically, being a source of truth as candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision

  • A foundation of organization; having an ability to efficiently track candidates across multiple roles and to prioritize  

  • A strong ability to communicate effectively and kindly, both internally and externally

  • Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts

  • Comfort in interacting with senior-level executives and acting with discretion around confidential information and searches

  • Ability to confidently lead initiatives and/or projects

  • Taking initiative to provide guidance to more junior team members around best practices where possible

The hourly pay range for this position is $75. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
