Job Description: 

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Compliance Analyst as part of our Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will help ensure that our suppliers, material procurements, and subcontracting activities comply with U.S. Government regulations, company policies, and customer contract requirements. Remote working options available.

Responsibilities:  

  • Interpret and apply relevant U.S. Government regulations and requirements to supply chain activities, including but not limited to:
    • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
    • Export controls (ITAR, EAR)
    • Trade compliance and sanctions requirements
    • Cybersecurity-related flow-downs (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC-related requirements)
  • Support development and maintenance of supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Review customer contracts and identify supply chain-related clauses and obligations.
  • Ensure appropriate contract terms and regulatory requirements are flowed down to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and organize compliance documentation, certifications, and records for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to supply chain and procurement activities.
  • Conduct internal reviews and spot-checks of purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier files.
  • Support investigation of potential non-compliance events and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training to supply chain and program teams on relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide compliance guidance to buyers, subcontracts administrators, and program personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes, tools, and metrics and support implementation of improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, compliance, or related function for a defense contractor or in a highly regulated industry.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting (FAR/DFARS), direct experience with FAR/DFARS clauses related to supply chain and subcontracting, and supplier risk/due diligence processes.
  • Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or internal investigations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and contractual language and translate them into practical guidance.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment supporting highly visible tasks with relative autonomy.
  • Ability to manage workload based on knowledge and understanding of priorities.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, working successfully in a professional and constructive manner, as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
