Job description

Chamber Cardio – Where Care Comes Together

About Chamber

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we’re rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients.

Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale.

Role Overview

Chamber is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support partner implementations and ongoing account management as the organization continues to scale. Reporting to the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives, this role will coordinate work across contracting, launch, and post-launch support to ensure internal teams and external partners remain aligned, informed, and on track.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment. You will manage day-to-day client workflows, communications, and project tasks that support successful payer partnerships. You will serve as a critical link between Chamber’s internal teams and our clients managing project plans, tracking open items, preparing partner-facing materials, and helping establish consistent operating practices that allow Chamber’s customer organization to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Payer Support and Project Management

  • Lead day-to-day project management for partner implementations, including project plans, workstreams, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and open items across Chamber teams and external partners.

  • Support implementations from contract execution through launch by tracking decisions, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring outstanding needs are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Own intake and documentation for incoming partner requests, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, next steps are documented, and stakeholders have visibility into progress.

  • Identify partner risks, blockers, or gaps early and escalate appropriately to keep work moving forward.

  • Partner closely with the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives to drive payer satisfaction and support successful client outcomes.

Partner Communication and Deliverables

  • Prepare clear, polished partner-facing materials, including project plans, presentation decks, meeting notes, and decision logs.

  • Participate in payer calls to manage deliverables, document decisions, confirm ownership, and coordinate next steps.

  • Build relationships with payer stakeholders and lead weekly check-ins to track progress, resolve open items, and maintain alignment on key priorities.

  • Communicate status updates in a thoughtful, concise, and timely manner to both internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Process Improvement

  • Partner closely with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation workstreams and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Support from RFP, contract execution and launch , including monitoring data feeds, tracking reporting needs, and managing operational follow-ups.

  • Help build Chamber’s partner implementation playbook by documenting repeatable steps, lessons learned, templates, and best practices as the organization scales.

  • Recommend process improvements that increase clarity, efficiency, and consistency across partner implementations.

  • Prepare QBR materials and performance reports tracking progress against contract commitments and program goals.

  • Coordinate cross-team and payer issue resolution, ensuring timely documentation, ownership, and closure.

  • Support payer stakeholder education on Chamber's model, workflows, and reporting.

What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Chamber’s active payer partnerships and establish trusted relationships with primary payer and internal stakeholders.

  • Own end-to-end project plans, documentation, and action-item tracking for at least one payer partner.

  • Foster cross-functional relationships and alignment with our Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and Partner Success teams.

  • Institute a structured operating cadence for implementation status reporting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of client-facing operations, partner implementation, or account management experience specifically within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong project management skills, including structured plan development, milestone tracking, and risk management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across internal leadership and external payer stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with proactive issue identification and resolution capabilities
