The closing specialist in this role moves viable cases forward by using a supportive and effective mindset to help potential clients commit to opening their case. This remote position may combine front-end intake with post-consultation client conversion, with a primary focus on conversion. • Conduct proactive daily outreach, including calls, texts, and emails, to guide questions, address concerns, and help clients move forward with a decision.
  • Use empathy, curiosity, clear communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-through to build trust and encourage potential clients to commit to their case during outreach.
  • Track all steps and client communications accurately using internal tools and systems.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented, conversion-oriented mindset
  • Aim to help potential clients feel reassured by the end of the outreach and, ideally, committed to opening their case.

Required Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
  • Strong and professional call etiquette using cloud-based VoIP (respectful, patient, and emotionally grounded during conversations)
  • Strong ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills that encourage clients to take action in a legal setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and task tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment.
  • Strong auditing skills.
  • Ability to verify previous sales performance or metrics.
  • Windows computer strongly preferred
