Content development and production:

  • Develop, write and edit content for multiple channels, including website, social media, and newsletters

  • Adapt content for different audiences and coordinate inputs from technical experts

  • Coordinate production and publication with Digital, Content and Design colleagues

Project coordination and delivery:

  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of communications projects and campaigns

  • Develop work plans, timelines, and briefs; monitor progress and follow up on actions

  • Contribute to editorial planning and support collaboration across communications teams

Your first year with us:

Within three months, you will:

  • Develop a solid understanding of Preferred by Nature’s strategic communications priorities, brand guidelines, and existing communication channels.

  • Build working relationships with regional colleagues, subject matter experts, and the Digital, Content and Design functions.

  • Begin supporting the implementation of active communications activities under guidance from the Global Communications function.

Within six months, you will:

  • Independently coordinate communications projects and campaigns from planning through to delivery.

  • Consistently produce high-quality content across multiple channels and formats.

  • Act as an effective connector between cross-functional teams involved in communications delivery.

Within twelve months, you will:

  • Operate as a reliable, independent coordinator across the full communications project lifecycle.

  • Contribute proactively to editorial planning and the identification of new communication opportunities.

  • Strengthen collaboration and consistency across regional and global communications functions.

Important that you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline

  • Bring at least 3 years of professional experience in communications, including digital communication, ideally within international, sustainability, or development sectors

  • Have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset

  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken

  • Are able to work independently while contributing effectively to multicultural, multidisciplinary teams

Would also be great, but not necessary, if you:

  • Hold a Master’s degree.

  • Speak additional languages.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

What Sets Us Apart:
