Le responsable de la marque Lincoln agit en tant que représentant terrain dédié, chargé de stimuler la performance de la marque Lincoln au sein d'un portefeuille d'environ 25 à 30 points de vente. Il constitue le lien principal entre les objectifs de l'entreprise Ford/Lincoln et leur mise en œuvre en concession ; il collabore étroitement avec les concessionnaires et le responsable de zone Ford pour rehausser l'expérience client haut de gamme, renforcer les résultats commerciaux et garantir le respect constant des normes de la marque sur le marché qui lui est confié.

Le responsable du développement commercial (BDM) de Lincoln constitue l'interface directe entre la marque et nos concessionnaires Lincoln. Il est responsable de la performance globale des concessionnaires qui lui sont attribués, notamment de l'atteinte des objectifs du plan d'affaires en matière de ventes et de parts de marché, d'expérience client et d'autres indicateurs clés. Il agit en tant que conseiller et facilitateur auprès de chaque concessionnaire et de son équipe de direction pour aider à identifier et à quantifier les opportunités, définir les objectifs clés et les prochaines étapes, et assurer le suivi nécessaire à la réalisation des objectifs. Les BDM se voient attribuer des zones couvrant un territoire géographique spécifique ; ce poste couvrira les concessions de l'Ontario, du Québec et du Canada atlantique.

Des déplacements nécessitant de passer la nuit hors du domicile sont requis.

The Lincoln Brand Manager serves as the dedicated field representative responsible for driving Lincoln brand performance across a portfolio of approximately 25–30 Lincoln stores. This individual acts as the primary link between Ford/Lincoln corporate objectives and dealership execution, working hand-in-hand with dealers and the Ford zone manager to elevate the luxury customer experience, strengthen sales performance, and ensure consistent brand standards across the assigned market.

The Lincoln BDM, is the direct Company interface with our Lincoln Retailers. The BDM is responsible for overall 
performance of assigned Retailers including achieving Business Plan objectives in sales/share, client experience and other key metrics. They act as an advisor and a facilitator with each Retailer and management team to help identify and quantify opportunities, work with dealers to establish key goals, next steps and follow through to achieve objectives.  BDMs are assigned zones that cover a specific geographic area. This job will support Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada stores.
