 Cost Analyst (m/w/d)

The salary for this position (full-time) is based on the ERA group EG 13 of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry Baden-Württemberg and consists, in addition to the gross monthly salary of 5462€, of various special payments (holiday pay, T-Zug, Christmas pay, etc.). You can expect an annual salary of approx. 75300 EUR in this position.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monthly & annual cost cycle activities for units supported by the European cost group
  • Rate calculation based on the unit’s Normal Studies
  • New parts costing and analysis of cost changes
  • Review of cost differences between products of different factories
  • Material & production variance analysis
  • Cost Management System monthly reporting of differences between standard and updated costs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the R2 costing team in order to get process alignment and standardization within the different units

 

What Skills You Need:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Ability to work on an international team
  • Expert in the use of applications such as SAP R/3 and MS Office
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • Analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Communication skills as well as process thinking and customer orientation

 

This tariff position is limited till 30.04.2027, based in Mannheim and available for immediate start.
