Job Description:
Client is looking for a strong Project Manager with a security background and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with executive-level customers. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects and change management requests simultaneously and have proven experience handling competing priorities in a critical business environment to support business needs. Additionally, the individual should be skilled in establishing tracking and reporting mechanisms using standard templates for project status and progress reporting.

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity programs
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives aligned with enterprise goals and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Drive value stream identification, mapping, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to prioritize backlogs and ensure risk-based delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX).
• Report program status, KPIs, and risk posture to executive leadership and steering committees.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party risk management activities.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking information security roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity program delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives (Sailpoint, Delinea, Azure B2C, Siteminder, ITIL service management).
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP Certificate

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$80.00/Hour to $90.00/Hour CAD]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
