Regional Senior Marketing Manager, US
Location: United States – Remote

Curiosity, creativity, and a relentless drive to improve are at the heart of this role. As a Regional Senior Marketing Manager, US, you will help shape tomorrow by turning bold ideas into measurable outcomes for our clients and our business. Unisys is a global technology solutions company focused on delivering high-performance, security-centric solutions that improve how people live and work.

In this role, you will join a global, diverse marketing team that pushes the boundaries of what is possible, leverages cutting-edge technologies, and collaborates closely across functions to solve complex business challenges. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise, expand your skills, and see the impact of your work on pipeline, revenue, and brand across the US region.

Our people are at the forefront of everything we do—driving client success, contributing to our communities, and making the world more secure. If you believe in better outcomes and better lives, we would love for you to join us.

Role overview

You will own and lead regional marketing strategy and execution for the US, with a primary focus on driving leads and qualified pipeline through integrated demand generation and event programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Global Marketing teams, and Business Unit leaders to design, launch, and optimize field and executive events that elevate the Unisys brand and create sales-ready opportunities across the region.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will oversee event strategy, localization of global programs, lead management from events, and regional brand initiatives—all while ensuring tight alignment with US Sales and the global Marketing and Communications organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead regional demand generation and event programs (global and local) to capture, develop, and convert leads, and report on their contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of leads generated through regional programs and events, including nurture strategy, sales engagement, and conversion optimization in partnership with Sales.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to localize and execute global event and program motions in the US, ensuring relevance to regional markets, segments, and buyer needs.
  • Provide regional oversight and input on brand development and positioning initiatives driven by global teams.
  • Drive program and event planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting for the US, using data to recommend optimizations and demonstrate ROI.
  • Bring US perspectives into global thought leadership, messaging, and communication programs, ensuring the region is well-represented in global narratives.
  • Provide strategic and tactical marketing support for deal-based and account-based activities, including executive experiences and ABM events for priority accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Units, Alliance Partners and other internal stakeholders to align on goals, target accounts, and event/program execution.
  • Manage and mentor team members and external partners (including event and agency partners) to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications and experience

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, event execution, and/or demand generation in a B2B environment (technology or services preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing programs and events that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience managing and developing people and/or leading cross-functional teams.

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and Sales leadership.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making across functions and geographies.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, “can do” attitude and the ability to manage multiple programs and events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into clear event strategies and integrated marketing plans, paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.com, and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and integrated program best practices.
  • Experience working with external agencies and partners (e.g., event, telemarketing, advertising, and digital).

Communications and digital expertise

  • Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.
  • Ability to create persuasive content using established communication and storytelling frameworks.
  • Creative mindset for developing content and experiences around technology, innovation, and business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple content, program, and event workstreams.
