POSITION SUMMARY

• Build and maintain relationships with physician candidates through diverse sourcing, outreach, referrals, events, and talent mapping strategies.
• Manage multiple regional searches while maintaining organization, prioritization, and consistent engagement with passive candidates.
• Partner with Physician Recruiters as a trusted sourcing advisor to develop and strengthen physician talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and candidates, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate ATS documentation.
• Identify and implement sourcing and process improvements that enhance talent pipelines and recruiting outcomes.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience; physician or healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and identify candidates with specialized skill sets and backgrounds.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates using online, offline, social media, and digital networking strategies.
• Strong customer service focus with a positive, self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$80,000.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
