Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT 
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults. 

Licensure & Location Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
To be eligible for this telehealth position, you must meet both requirements:
  1. Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon.
  2. Live in and be licensed  in one of these states: AZ, ID, MO, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA.
Position Details
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home) This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone
  • Position Type: Full-Time, W2-Employee. 
  • Client Caseload: Full-Time is defined as a 28-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 28 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals. 
Background Check Requirement
  • A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. 

What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us.  Brightways clinicians make from $76,032 to $120,960 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar.  Your earning potential is up to you. 
  • Up to 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off: All clinicians receive 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO through out the year. For each week a clinician sees 25 clients, they earn additional PTO towards those extra two weeks. Clinicians can earn additional PTO during any week they reach 25 client sessions. 
  • Supportive Environment: We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment designed to help you thrive in your career. In addition, we offer consultation support, giving you the opportunity to connect individually or in groups with our therapy consultants to maximize your growth, collaboration, and success. 
  • Flexible Schedule: We support work-life balance and give you the autonomy to design a schedule that works for you.
  • Work Life Balance: A four-day workweek is absolutely an option - it's up to you whether to see clients over four or five days. 
  • CEU Support: Access to CE4Less, an online continuing education platform approved for mental health professionals. Provides unlimited access to accredited courses to help maintain your licensure.

Coverage begins the 1st of the month following your start date. HDHP with HSA available.
