Education
Master's Degree Nurse Anesthesia Practitioner required or Doctorate Nurse Anesthesia Practitioner preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist [CRNA (NBCRNA)] - National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) required Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS] - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Nurse anesthesiology Experience 3+ years preferred and Clinical leadership experience at least 1year preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Broad knowledge of modern health care administration practices and principles within a managed care environment, including nurse anesthetist standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrated effective managerial and administrative leadership of clinical operations.
- Effective analytical ability in order to develop and analyze options, recommend solutions to, and solve complex problems and issues.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff (executive, front-line, trustees, and physicians) and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making in emergency situations.
- Ability to maintain patience and composure in difficult situations.
