Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Website Coordinator for our partner organization, Mokse Educational Services. Mokse is seeking a committed and detailoriented Website Coordinator to maintain and update our organization’s website. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with basic web technologies, enjoys problemsolving, and wants to contribute to a missiondriven organization. You don’t need to be an expert programmer—just someone who can learn, adapt, and keep things running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep website content up to date, including events, news, resources, and program information
  • Make minor layout or structural updates as needed
  • Upload blog posts, photos, and other media
  • Ensure links, forms, and pages function correctly
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director on messaging, updates, and priorities
  • Maintain basic site security practices (password updates, plugin checks, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot simple technical issues or coordinate with outside support when needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
  • Work study part of financial aid package
  • Students with work study may be prioritized
  • Basic understanding of website platforms (such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
  • Comfort with simple HTML/CSS or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and followthrough
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Commitment to the mission of reducing stigma around incarceration

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
