You will work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure smooth system performance, manage user access, and support our internal and customer-facing AMOS deployments. This is a fully remote role offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a direct impact on our aviation software solutions.

  • Strong understanding of user access management, database administration and system security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to aviation industry compliance standards

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Manage user access, permissions and account administration across AMOS environments, ensuring security protocols are maintained
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and coordinate with engineering for escalated issues
  • Perform system configuration, maintenance and routine administrative tasks to ensure optimal AMOS performance
  • Monitor system health, generate reports and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
  • Assist with data migration, system updates and deployment activities across development, staging and production environments
  • Document processes, standard operating procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for the AMOS platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with aviation maintenance management systems or airline operations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database management systems
  • Knowledge of data security frameworks and compliance requirements in the aviation sector
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management tools

What’s in it for you:

  • An opportunity to join a fast-growing company
