Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Resourcer to support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, submitting, and progressing candidates through to interview and placement. This is a delivery-focused role with clear performance expectations, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining strong talent pipelines and consistently moving quality candidates through the recruitment process. Your work will directly contribute to interview conversion, placement outcomes, pipeline health, and overall client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
  • Source and engage suitable candidates aligned to active roles
  • Conduct structured candidate prescreens to assess suitability
  • Prepare and submit client-ready candidate profiles
  • Schedule candidate interviews with clients, Talent Partners, or internal stakeholders
  • Ensure candidates are fully briefed and prepared prior to interview
  • Progress candidates through interview stages efficiently
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute consistently to monthly placement outcomes
  • Adhere to client's processes, quality standards, and timelines


Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Use an ATS/CRM system (Loxo or equivalent) accurately and consistently.
  • Use email professionally, with clear, structured, and well-written communication.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter or approved sourcing tools.
  • Communicate daily via Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain a professional work-from-home setup with reliable high-speed internet, a functional headset suitable for calls, and a quiet and appropriate working environment.
