Job description

Customer Journey Analytics Consultant
Location: US-Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Overview:

We're seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor to clients — someone who can pair deep Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expertise with strong communication skills and a talent for turning data into a clear business story. This isn't a ticket-execution role; you'll shape how clients think about measurement, testing, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and design Adobe Analytics/CJA implementations in partnership with clients and engineers
  • Run measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements
  • Audit existing AA/CJA implementations and produce documentation (BRDs, SDRs, TDDs)
  • Configure report suites (AA) and multi-channel CJA setups (connections, data views, identity resolution)
  • Build dashboards/reporting in AA and CJA Workspace that tell a clear story
  • Translate findings into narratives executives and marketing leaders can act on
  • Act as trusted advisor — guide strategy, not just fulfill requests
  • Present findings and run hands-on training for client and internal teams
  • Support basic information security practices (data handling, GDPR/CCPA awareness, risk reporting)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in an agency environment
  • 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA
  • Strong grasp of implementation, reporting, and analysis processes
  • Adobe Analytics certification and CJA certification preferred
  • Exposure to other AEP tools (RT-CDP, AJO) a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
