Looking for 2 Remote Community Managers to support Client’s docu-series and Client Fashion Show content in September through October, 40 hours a week for five weeks, providing real-time community coverage during one of the brand’s most engaged moments.
Community Managers will play a critical role in actively participating in the conversation around docu-series and the Fashion Show, engaging with fans, customers, creators, talent and models across UGC and owned Instagram and TikTok posts before, during, and after the shows. This role will ensure we are not simply reacting to conversation, but proactively building community, amplifying momentum, and managing sentiment in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous community coverage across owned and UGC Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content throughout the docu-series and Client Fashion Show campaign.
Reactively and proactively engage with customers, creators, talent, fans, and models in real time before, during, and after docu-series episodes drop and the fashion show.
Monitor and respond to high-volume conversation, emerging trends, and cultural moments surrounding the show.
Proactively participate in relevant conversations to drive engagement, excitement, and community connection.
Engage with owned content and actively contribute to the conversation across brand channels.
Identify opportunities to amplify positive customer and fan sentiment, creator moments, talent content, and key docu-series and Fashion Show moments.
Escalate customer concerns, sensitive topics, or emerging issues to Client Social Team & CCS Team as needed.
Maintain a consistent Client brand voice across all interactions.
Collaborate closely with the broader Social and Community teams to ensure seamless coverage and alignment throughout the campaign.
Help capture and surface notable community insights, trends, questions, and sentiment throughout the Fashion Show window.
Support reporting on engagement and performance as needed, surfacing viral comments/posts, noteworthy moments, meaningful consumer feedback, content and sentiment trends, and other key community insights.
Leverage available social tools, including Plot and Dash, to proactively identify relevant posts, conversations, creators, and emerging trends, and engage with high-value opportunities in real time.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in social media community management, moderation, or engagement.
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture, trends, and platform behaviors.
Strong understanding of how to engage with online communities in an authentic, brand-appropriate way.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to quickly assess tone, sentiment, and context and determine the appropriate response.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where conversation can shift quickly.
Strong judgment and ability to escalate sensitive or high-priority conversations appropriately.
Passionate about the Client brand, fashion, beauty, entertainment, culture, and the social media landscape.
Available for scheduled shifts, 4-5 hours a day, including weekends, throughout the 2 week period, including heightened coverage surrounding the actual date of the Fashion Show.
