As we continue to innovate and enhance our digital shopping experience, we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help us craft an engaging and seamless online experience for our customers.
 
Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Coordinator to lead our global e-commerce initiatives. This role requires expertise in JIRA, agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and web development teams executing two-week sprints. The ideal candidate will be able to define and enforce processes that lead to predictable and successful web development initiatives that continually improve our global e-commerce websites.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee e-commerce web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Work closely with development teams to plan and manage two-week sprints, ensuring priorities align with business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global e-commerce business stakeholders and the web development team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Manage JIRA workflows, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting to ensure project visibility and efficiency.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuously improve agile processes, sprint planning, and retrospective outcomes to enhance team productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, timelines, and key deliverables.

  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within an e-commerce or web development environment.
  • Proven track record of managing agile web development projects, particularly in a Scrum framework.
  • Deep knowledge of JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve project challenges.
  • Ability to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and progress across global teams.
  • Preferred: PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
