Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Coordinator to lead our global e-commerce initiatives. This role requires expertise in JIRA, agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and web development teams executing two-week sprints. The ideal candidate will be able to define and enforce processes that lead to predictable and successful web development initiatives that continually improve our global e-commerce websites.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee e-commerce web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Work closely with development teams to plan and manage two-week sprints, ensuring priorities align with business needs.
Act as the primary liaison between global e-commerce business stakeholders and the web development team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Manage JIRA workflows, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting to ensure project visibility and efficiency.
Identify potential roadblocks, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
Continuously improve agile processes, sprint planning, and retrospective outcomes to enhance team productivity.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, timelines, and key deliverables.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management within an e-commerce or web development environment.
Proven track record of managing agile web development projects, particularly in a Scrum framework.
Deep knowledge of JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve project challenges.
Ability to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and progress across global teams.
Preferred: PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
