About the Job
As a Data Visualization Specialist at Dadosfera, you will be responsible for transforming data into clear, interactive, and impactful visual experiences using Kine Gest DDF.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions while contributing to the evolution of our platform.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines technical expertise, data visualization, and user experience and wants to work on innovative data and AI solutions in a fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data visualizations (dashboards, charts, and interactive panels) using Kine Gest DDF.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on the development and evolution of Kine Gest DDF features.
• Translate customer business needs into clear, functional, and visually consistent solutions.
• Create prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for data visualization using real customer data and public datasets.
• Write SQL queries and perform data modeling to support visualizations and reports.
• Identify and implement improvements in performance, usability, and user experience.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical demonstrations and visual materials for customer presentations.
• Document best practices, visual standards, and Kine Gest DDF workflows.
• Participate in technical community initiatives, events, training sessions, and content creation related to data visualization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Technology-related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related areas.
• Previous mid-level experience developing or maintaining data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset, or proprietary platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Python and data visualization libraries such as Plotly, Matplotlib, D3.js, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of data design principles, including visual hierarchy, data storytelling, and UX applied to analytics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and problem-solving-oriented profile.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
