The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an M365 Governance Analyst to join our team. M365 Governance Analyst will Defines the strategy, policies, and operational guardrails required for the M365 ecosystem. Work with Technical Architects and customer to make sure Microsoft 365 changes are coordinated and managed proactively.



Responsibilities:

             Defines the strategy, policies, and operational guardrails required for the M365 ecosystem
             Manage the security, compliance, data access, and lifecycle policies for AI agents across an organization
             Work with Cross-Functional Teams to define and implement governance for M365 services
             Design Information protection and data security
             Implement sensitivity labels to classify and protect sensitive data
             Review M365 roadmap updates and communicate upcoming UI and functional changes to the customer
             Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services
             Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages


Qualifications:

Required: 

             Ability to obtain/maintain EOD Suitability Clearance
             BA + 10 years of experience
             5 or more years of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions with Microsoft 365
             Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, governance, and support of core M365 services
             Must have strong hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance services
             Strong Communication Skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.



Desired:


• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Experience with Azure Cloud, scripting, and automation

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
