About the Role:
Color is looking for an experienced, high-performing sales professional to help us expand our presence in the labor market. You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, winning new business, and building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

You have demonstrated experience within the Taft-Hartley market, navigating complex sales opportunities, and consistently exceeding goals. You must be a strong seller who is extremely well organized, has in-depth market knowledge, well-built relationships, is process oriented, metrics driven, and quality minded.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Develop and execute Color’s Labor strategy to achieve pipeline and bookings targets

  • Build Color’s footprint in the Labor market - expanding our presence with prospects, consultants, coalitions & conferences

  • Win new business - Present Color’s value proposition in front of prospects both virtually and in person for individual opportunities as well as at industry events (~40% travel)

  • Work closely with cross functional team, including marketing and our consultant relations teams to build and increase pipeline across the market segment

  • Present accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics to the management team with recommendations for improvements, resource allocation, and investments

  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks for the Labor sales segment to enable higher volume of sales and win in the market

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Labor healthcare/point solution sales.

  • Successful track record of regularly meeting/exceeding quota attainment.

  • Growth mindset that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Proven track record in identifying, building and managing complex business partnerships that involve growing revenue and market share

  • Thoughtful and organized collaborator, working with and leading cross-functional teams

  • A robust network of relationships with key stakeholders in the Labor market: brokers, health plans, coalitions and funds.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Taft-Hartley market, health & welfare fund operation, collective bargaining strategy, and Labor decision making process

  • Passion for building new verticals, expanding market segments and taking on challenges.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a face paced start-up environment

Base Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000/year

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
