  • Build and validate new funnels — create funnel variations for new creative and traffic streams, support localized versions, and gradually take ownership of launching and validating funnels end to end.
  • Drive monetization and LTV growth — experiment with pricing, upsells, cancellation flows, and other initiatives aimed at improving monetization and increasing LTV.

Spilio is a product that helps people grow through developing essential soft skills. We combine practical learning with thoughtfully curated ideas from powerful books. Spilio is designed for helping people become more confident, self-aware, and effective in their everyday lives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance — monitor conversion rates across the funnel, identify growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable hypotheses.

  • Run experiments and A/B tests — formulate hypotheses, coordinate setup with Dev & QA, analyze results, and iterate based on learnings.

  • Build and validate new funnels — create funnel variations for new creative and traffic streams, support localized versions, and gradually take ownership of launching and validating funnels end to end.

  • Drive monetization and LTV growth — experiment with pricing, upsells, cancellation flows, and other initiatives aimed at improving monetization and increasing LTV.

  • Research markets, competitors, and audiences — identify new growth opportunities and generate hypotheses based on market insights, user behavior, and competitive analysis.

  • Own product–marketing alignment — ensure the funnel promise is clearly reflected in the product experience and collaborate with CRM/Marketing teams on email and retargeting flows.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Monetization, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience with funnel metrics, conversion rates, dashboards, and subscription economics.

  • Experience with funnels and paywalls, including copy, messaging, and framing — not just visual layout.

  • Experience running A/B tests — from defining hypotheses to setting up experiments and measuring impact.

  • Experience working with paid-traffic products and understanding how traffic sources and creatives impact funnel performance.

  • Strong hypothesis-driven mindset — ability to turn data, user insights, and market research into actionable growth opportunities.

Would be a plus

  • Experience with mobile subscription products.

  • Experience with funnel builders, pricing, and geo experiments.

  • Experience with LTV modeling and monetization optimization.

  • Experience in EdTech or AI-powered products, or with AI automation.
