Job description

About Us

Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive CapitalIndex VenturesJ.P. Morgan Growth Equity PartnersMaverick VenturesY CombinatorBoxGroupAtomicoDaybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

As a Senior Provider Onboarding Associate (Medical) you'll own one of the most consequential moments in a provider's journey with Nourish: the transition from signed offer to seeing their first patient. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a fully built process and execute against it - you'll take full ownership of your assigned cohort (a large and growing group each month), build and continuously improve the onboarding experience end-to-end, and bring both operational rigor and creative problem-solving to a function that's still being defined.

If you're energized by ambiguity and want to build something 0→1 rather than maintain something that already exists, this is the role for you. The experience you deliver will directly shape provider confidence and care quality. And as Nourish scales, this function - and your ownership of it - scales with it: you'll be a pivotal player in our vision to help one hundred million people live healthier, longer lives using Nourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for your assigned Medical providers - from signed offer through their first 30 days seeing patients - serving as their go-to point of contact, proactively answering questions and removing blockers along the way
  • Build, own, and continuously improve onboarding materials and training - including live sessions and async content - because much of what this role needs doesn't exist yet
  • Proactively identify friction in the onboarding process and fix what's breaking, prioritizing the problems that will matter most as volume grows
  • Drive urgency toward activation, using your judgment on when to push, when to support, and when to just remove the roadblock yourself
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics across every system and team involved, becoming the connective tissue between teams that don't always naturally talk to each other
  • Operate to improve key onboarding metrics - activation rate, time to start, satisfaction, and new hire experience - and use what you learn to shape what we prioritize next

You’ll Love This Role If:

  • You have 2+ years delivering high-touch, high-stakes support to customers, clients, or patients at volume - ideally managing cohorts of 50-100+ - and you've thrived in fast-paced startups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, or tech.
  • You’re passionate about helping others. You’re driven to help providers succeed, because when their practices thrive, more patients gain access to affordable, high-quality care and achieve better health.
  • You get real satisfaction from optimizing what's messy into what's scalable - refining processes so they run more efficiently at volume. You're hyper organized and enjoy flexing between hands-on support and bigger-picture project work.
  • You love learning fast and building deep expertise quickly. You take ownership and make good calls independently, even without a clear process, because you want to become the go-to expert on something that's still being defined.
  • You build trust easily with people at every level and communicate effectively, whether that's leading a live group training, having a 1:1 conversation, or writing async content that holds up on its own.
  • You're a true people person with high EQ, energized by supporting others and genuinely invested in their success. You're looking for a role where your impact compounds.
