Microsoft 365 Systems & IT Generalist

This is a remote position.

Full Visibility is seeking a versatile, self-motivated Microsoft 365 Systems & IT Generalist to join our team on a part-time (60-80 hours per month), fully remote basis. This role focuses on maintaining core identity controls, endpoint management, security monitoring, and tenant administration within our Microsoft environment. While the primary focus is on Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, and M365 licensing, optional experience with PowerApps/Power Automate and SharePoint is a welcome plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC assignment, MFA configuration, and Conditional Access policies.
  
• Endpoint Management: Configure and maintain device compliance, application deployments, baseline security configurations, and patch management across laptops using Microsoft Intune.
  
• Security & Log Monitoring: Monitor security telemetry, review alerts, and assist with basic log collection and incident response inside Microsoft Sentinel.
  
• Tenant Administration & Partner Liaison: Manage M365 licensing allocations, handle account lifecycle requests, and coordinate technical requirements with external IT partners.
  
• Internal Tool Support (Optional / Preferred): Provide occasional assistance or minor enhancements for internal workflows, forms, or team sites built on SharePoint, PowerApps as requested.
  

Requirements

• Meets requirements to obtain a security clearance.  We anticipate potential future growth into a cleared role.
  
• Direct experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and managing cloud identities.
  
• Hands-on expertise using Microsoft Intune for cloud endpoint management and policy enforcement.
  
• Practical exposure to Microsoft Sentinel for security event monitoring and alert triage.
  
• Broad knowledge of M365 Tenant Administration and partner-assisted IT operating models.
  

• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and document configurations in a remote setting.
  
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external technical vendors.
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with building basic apps or automation in PowerApps / Power Automate.
  
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online site structure and permissions models.
