Job description

WHO WE ARE

Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we know that behind every single one of those numbers is a person who might need a bit more than the standard programme to get there.

We need someone ready to champion inclusive learning and ensure every learner, regardless of barriers, has the support they need to succeed.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: Remote-first (occasional travel)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediate or near-term

DBS check required for all candidates

Scope: Supporting learners across apprenticeships in digital, data, AI, cyber and tech

The real work: Most of your time is spent working directly with learners, assessing needs, building personalised support plans, and delivering 1:1 or small group interventions that drive real progress.

You’ll be working across multiple learners, needs and priorities in a fast-scaling environment. It moves fast, but the pace here is about depth, not just speed.

The environment: We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own learner support outcomes end-to-end. Apprentify is a scale-up; processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. The people who thrive here see that as an opportunity, not a problem.

TEAM & CULTURE

You'll join the Quality team, working closely with coaches, trainers, and delivery teams across the business.

Reports to: Inclusion Support Manager

How we work: Clear expectations, genuine ownership of how you deliver against them.

THE HONEST HARD BIT: This role comes with a high level of responsibility across multiple learners, each with different needs. There’s admin, documentation, and constant prioritisation alongside delivery. In a scale-up environment, things shift and you’ll need to stay organised while adapting quickly.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

You care deeply about inclusive learning and learner success
✔ You’re confident supporting learners with additional needs or barriers
✔ You can balance empathy with structure and outcomes
✔ You collaborate well with others to embed support into delivery
✔ You're comfortable operating in a startup environment, ambiguity included

This is NOT for you if:
✘ You need a step-by-step guide for every task
✘ You prefer slow, predictable work
✘ You’re uncomfortable managing multiple learners and priorities
✘ You prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating
✘ You need a fully structured corporate environment to do your best work

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs, differences, disabilities, or challenging behaviours, and reducing barriers to learning and progression.

  • Strong knowledge of inclusive learning strategies and interventions

  • Experience within apprenticeships, FE, or education/training environments

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have: Relevant SEND/ALN qualification, experience designing tailored learning resources, and experience supporting remote learners

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary

  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service

  • Private medical insurance

  • Birthday Leave + Volunteer Day

  • Hybrid working with regular collaboration days in our Wilmslow HQ

  • Ongoing professional development and leadership support

  • Enhanced family leave policies

  • Access to mental health and wellbeing support

  • Benefits portal with access to 700+ deals

  • Regular company-wide events and team socials
