- 5+ years customer success, account management, sales, or equivalent experience, preferably with a SaaS or data-driven product company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to executive-level audiences as well as users across both business and technical disciplines
- Proven track record of onboarding, supporting, and driving high client satisfaction, advocacy, and long-term loyalty
- Strong presentation, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Proven success driving technology adoption, usage, and client engagement
- Strong business acumen and ability to build strong client relationships
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service around complex client projects and strategic engagements to maximize client value
- Use in-depth product knowledge to design solutions tailored to each client's unique business needs and objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their short- and long-term business goals
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and drive successful client outcomes
- Identify and influence measures to protect client revenues within the segment in close partnership with the sales team
- Identify expansion opportunities by developing a deep understanding of client business operations and applying Moody's solutions to deliver measurable value
- Lead advanced change management activities for updated product and model releases, ensuring smooth client transitions
- Provide detailed product and workflow walkthroughs and deliver relevant training sessions on core Moody's products for the North America Primary Market
- Deliver event response outreach and actively work to optimize clients' event response processes
- Represent Moody's at external events, client engagements, and industry conferences
- 25% travel required
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,800.00 - $143,350.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
