Analyse Meta ad performance and identify what works. Help shape creative strategy for a health and wellness brand.
$3,000-$4,000/month | Full-time | UK hours
We're a direct-response e-commerce brand operating in the health and wellness space, and our growth is driven by performance marketing. Meta advertising and email marketing through Klaviyo are at the heart of what we do, and we produce a high volume of long-form video, short-form video, and static creatives that are continuously tested and optimised based on performance.
We have an in-house creative team, including two full-time Creative Strategists and an Operations Manager, and we also work with an external agency to support creative production and paid acquisition. Our approach is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on understanding which messages, angles, and formats generate the best response from customers. We're looking for someone who can help us turn performance data into clear insights that inform future ad production.
We're looking for a Media Buyer who can manage the day-to-day execution of Meta advertising while analysing creative performance to understand what is working and why. This person will help the team identify successful angles, formats, and creative patterns, turning performance data into clear insights that inform future ad production. The main priority is finding someone who understands creative performance and can clearly identify why certain ads work while others do not.
π Upload and launch ads across Meta/Facebook
βοΈ Coordinate creative outputs received from the internal team and external agency
π‘ Monitor ad performance daily and maintain accurate performance tracking sheets
π Document and categorise every ad by angle, format, concept, and outcome
π§ͺ Analyse why individual creatives succeed or underperform
π Identify trends across long-form videos, short-form videos, and static ads
π Create a fast feedback loop between performance data and the creative team
π£οΈ Share findings and recommendations during a weekly creative team meeting
π€ Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, two Creative Strategists, and the external agency
π» Support creative strategy and contribute ideas based on performance insights
This is a full-time role with working hours from 9am to 4pm UK time.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
β Strong experience with Meta/Facebook advertising
β Proven ability to analyse creative performance, not simply manage campaign setup
β A strong understanding of what makes paid social creatives effective
β Experience tracking, documenting, and interpreting ad performance data
β Ability to identify winning creative angles, concepts, hooks, and formats
β Experience working with video and static advertising
β Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
β Clear written and verbal communication skills
β Ability to work independently and collaborate with a wider creative team
Brownie points for:
β Previous experience within the health and wellness industry
β Experience analysing both long-form and short-form video ads
β Strong creative strategy experience
β Experience working with a high volume of creative assets
β Experience collaborating with both internal creative teams and external agencies
β Ability to contribute directly to creative concepts and strategy
The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and naturally curious about why certain creatives perform better than others. Detail-orientation is essential for maintaining accurate tracking, but commercial and creative thinking are just as important. This person should be proactive, comfortable sharing insights, and able to turn performance data into clear, practical recommendations for the wider team.
