Position Purpose:
The SupplyLogic Operations Training Specialist role focuses on creating operational efficiency throughout the entire ERP and eStore lifecycle, working directly with the Account Team community to ensure thorough understanding of ERP capabilities and the processes/procedures required to bring them to life. This individual is responsible for continuously challenging the current state and providing colleagues and clients with the best possible procurement experience. Reports directly to the Training Manager.
Key Goals:
Training & Support Program: Provide daily support to teams involved in ERP and process execution, with same-day acknowledgment of support requests and resolution or escalation within 2 business days. Collaborate with the Training Manager to execute training curriculum designed to elevate team understanding and expertise.
Training Reinforcement: Deliver ongoing training reinforcement against documented best practices on a recurring cadence (e.g., monthly refresher sessions) rather than only when issues arise.
Documentation & LMS Management (Litmos): Create and maintain training documentation in the Learning Center and manage the Litmos LMS platform, including building and updating courses, assigning content to learners, tracking completion status, and following up on overdue/incomplete training. New or revised SOPs are published to Litmos within 5 business days of a process change; overdue training follow-ups occur weekly.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily learning and technical support for account teams and shared services in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on eCommerce program execution. Develop an easy-to-digest, repeatable, and scalable training curriculum focused on elevating process understanding and expertise.
Pre-Kickoff Diagnostic: Work with account teams to assess and determine training needs before launch.
Focused 1:1 Training: Deliver targeted 1:1 training as directed by the Training Manager, in collaboration with department leads/managers.
Post-Launch Check-ins (30/60/90 day): Conduct structured check-ins in collaboration with the CSD team at 30, 60, and 90 days post-launch, with documented outcomes/notes for each check-in. Participate in transition training with Account Team Member to gain account/site-specific context prior to launch.
Virtual Training / Workshops: Prepare and deliver training courses and workshops daily.
Cross-Functional Consultation: Consult with IT and Account Team Leads on training needs; prioritize incoming training requests directly with the Training Manager.
New Promo Workflow: Provide ticketing and setup guidance for new promotional workflows.
eStore Terminology & Communication: Educate account teams on correct eStore terminology; serve as a communication liaison with eStore teams.
Platform Expertise: Maintain working knowledge of DemandBridge, MarketingBench, Marcom, Four51, and Concur sufficient to train employees on standard functionality and optional features.
Process Adherence: Ensure processes are followed by clearly communicating expectations to team members and keeping process/procedure information accessible via training materials, workshops, and 1:1 consultation.
Communication: Communicate training updates, risks, and process changes clearly and proactively to the Training Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Training Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documents, and Litmos content to reflect current process details.
Progress Tracking: Maintain and track employee training progress in Litmos, giving Account Team leads real-time visibility into individual employee status.
Special Projects: Support Monday.com commercialization and ongoing optimization for the account team, and other large-scale training initiatives as assigned.
