Job Title: Property Data Specialist

Location: Colombia

This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

 

Job Summary 

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Property Data Specialist.

  

As a Property Data Specialist, you will be helping Porch build out an industry-leading understanding of residential properties. Your work will help identify and record important features of a property, track down details, and train our learning systems to better support you in this effort. You’ll need strong English reading and writing skills, solid ability to find information on the internet, and great attention to detail – even when performing the same task over and over we will need close to zero errors. You will also be working directly with our product and engineering teams to help improve our processes for property data discovery and ingestion, so solid written and spoken communication is a must.   

  

What You Will Do As A Property Data Specialist. 

  • Examine property documents to identify key pieces of information about the property  

  • Validate the correctness of key information online, and search for more relevant details to add when possible  

  • Accurately and consistently add the information and associated details to our record of the property  

  • Manage caseloads and priorities to ensure a quick turnaround and positive customer experience on time-sensitive tasks 

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary  

  • Meet metrics for your given position  

  • Any other additional tasks assigned by management  

What You Will Bring As A Property Data Specialist.

  • High School Diploma or Certifications in Data Processing or similar 

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative, data entry or customer service roles for industries such as Real Estate, Property Management, Title and Escrow or Municipal Assessing 

  • You have strong time management skills and a committed work ethic  

  • You have a very positive attitude and are willing to learn from and accept mistakes  

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication  in English

  • Detail-oriented  

  • Able to understand the priorities of different cases and manage your own workload  

  • You possess intermediate computer skills and can adapt to new technologies  

  • You learn quickly, are resourceful and have the ability to seek out appropriate points of contact to get all necessary information  

  • You're a team player (this is a team) 

  • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload 

 

What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group 

Monthly Salary: 2,400,000 COP to 2,500,000 COP per month
