The Compliance Professional 2 supports the execution of key compliance and quality initiatives that help safeguard regulatory integrity and promote positive beneficiary experiences. Working alongside senior compliance professionals, this role contributes to the successful delivery of compliance monitoring activities, audit support efforts, quality assurance programs, and operational oversight initiatives.
As an integral member of the compliance team, the Compliance Professional 2 coordinates activities that influence organizational readiness, quality performance, and risk mitigation efforts. Responsibilities include supporting call monitoring and quality review programs, performing agent and contracting quality assessments, preparing reports and compliance documentation, assisting with audit and examination responses, tracking corrective actions, and supporting special projects that advance compliance program objectives.
