Attain works closely with Tango's US-based teams to deliver software implementations, application configuration, data migration, reporting, integrations, testing, and customer success initiatives.
This position is hired by Attain Solutions to support Tango Analytics and its client base, as a key member of implementation teams delivering enterprise software to customers across multiple industries.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Work directly with clients to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, and system configurations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Solution Design & Configuration
- Participate in solution design workshops and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
- Configure Tango applications, including: Administration Settings, Labels, Lists of Values (LOVs), Attributes, Workflows, Milestone Templates, Security Configurations, and User Roles & Permissions.
- Validate configurations against documented business requirements.
- Recommend configuration best practices aligned with client objectives.
Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including: BRDs, Functional Specifications, TRDs, Solution Design Documents, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts/Cases, Deployment Checklists, and User Guides/Training Materials.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Plan, execute, and support: Unit Testing, Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Validation Testing, and Reconciliation Testing.
- Analyze test results and document defects.
- Work with development teams to validate fixes and ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordinate testing activities with clients and project teams.
Data Migration & Validation
- Support data migration initiatives, including: Data Analysis, Cleansing, Mapping, Transformation, Validation, and Post-Load Verification.
- Validate migrated data and ensure data integrity throughout implementation activities.
- Assist clients with data preparation and migration readiness activities.
Integrations & Technical Coordination
- Support integration projects involving: REST APIs, JSON Payloads, File-Based Integrations, and Third-Party Systems.
- Analyze integration requirements and validate interface specifications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with development teams.
- Participate in technical discussions related to architecture, integrations, and deployment planning.
Project Delivery & Deployment
- Support project planning, status tracking, and implementation activities.
- Participate in production deployments, cutover planning, go-live execution, hyper care support, and post-production stabilization.
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify project risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful customer adoption and project outcomes.
Client Support & Collaboration
- Investigate and resolve client-reported issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Development, QA, Support, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer success.
Required Skills & Experience
Functional & Business Skills
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies.
- Experience creating BRDs, TRDs, Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
- Experience working with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
- Experience with BI Publisher report development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of data import/export processes using templates and staging tables.
- Understanding of JSON structures and REST API integrations.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Zendesk, or similar project/ticket management platforms.
- Ability to analyze application logs, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions with development teams.
- Familiarity with integration troubleshooting, deployment validation, and configuration management.

- Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and innovative delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing ERP, IWMS, Lease Administration, Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting clients through requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, go-live, and hyper care phases.
- ITIL Foundation, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related certifications are advantageous.
- Experience working with global customers across multiple time zones.
- Exposure to automation technologies, scripting, and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Information
Terms
- Standard work timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, to ensure sufficient overlap with Tango Analytics' US-based teams and clients.
- Flexibility may be required during critical project milestones, deployment activities, go-live events, and production support periods.
- Location: Remote. Overlap with US morning and/or evening hours required.
